Install a kit in one upload

Every founder kit and bundle comes with one zip that holds all its skills. Upload it once in Claude and you're done: 5 skills for a kit, 35 for a bundle.

In the Claude apps

  1. Open Settings > Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation. Skills need it.
  2. Open Customize > Plugins, select Add, then Upload plugin.
  3. In your download, open the upload-to-claude folder and pick the one zip in it, for example customer-support-pack.zip or founders-bundle.zip. Upload it as it is, still zipped.
  4. Start a new chat and ask for what you need, for example "this customer wants a refund after 45 days, here's our policy". Type / to see every skill.

Upload from claude.ai in a browser or from the Claude desktop app. Once it's on your account, the skills also work in the Claude phone apps, in Cowork and in Claude Code.

On the Free plan: use a Project

Skills and plugins are for the paid plans. On Free, a Claude Project does nearly the same job. Every founder kit and bundle has a more-ways-to-install/claude-project folder for this.

  1. In Claude, open Projects and create a project, for example "WiredKits".
  2. Copy all of project-instructions.txt into the project's instructions.
  3. Add wiredkits-skills.md to the project's files.
  4. Start your chats inside that project.

The difference: real skills load only when a request needs them and work in every chat. In a Project, Claude reads all of them from the file, in that project's chats only.

If your company turned off plugin uploads

Open Customize > Skills, select +, then Upload a skill, and pick a zip from more-ways-to-install/single-skill-zips. Repeat for each skill you want.

In Claude Code

Unzip the download and copy the skills. For one kit:

Each kit's README has the command for its folder, and bundles have one command for every pack. Restart Claude Code and run /skills to check.
