Phase 2: Pick
4. Pick each item from the shelf, matching the SKU on the label, not the scent name.
5. Tick each line on the slip as you pick it.
   - If an item is out of stock: stop, do not substitute, and message Maya in #orders.

Phase 4: Ship and close out
12. In ShipStation, weigh the box and choose the cheapest service that arrives in 3 business days or fewer.
    - If the order total is over $800: add insurance [ASK: is $800 still the right threshold?]

Quality check (done means all true)
