Session Memory Pack for Claude Code
Five skills that stop long Claude Code tasks from losing their way. It saves what a session knows before compaction or /clear, picks the work back up in a new session, keeps CLAUDE.md short and correct, turns your corrections into rules that stick and tracks multi-step work in a plan file.
Instant download: a zip with 5 skills, a setup guide, an example handoff and an example CLAUDE.md. The $9.99 bundle gets you all 7 kits (35 skills). Free updates. 14-day refund, no questions asked.
What's inside
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
write-handoff | Writes a handoff note with the goal, the real state (checked against git and the tests), decisions and why, dead ends, and the exact next steps and commands. |
resume-work | Reads the latest handoff or plan, checks it against what changed since (new commits, failing tests, PR comments) and briefs you before continuing. |
update-claude-md | Creates or trims CLAUDE.md to what Claude can't learn from the code: verified commands, conventions and gotchas. Runs every command and deletes stale lines. |
log-lesson | Turns a correction into one specific rule with its reason, saved in the right place (project, lessons file or your personal file), without duplicates or contradictions. |
checkpoint-plan | Keeps a PLAN.md with small steps, statuses, commits and decisions, updated after every step, so work continues cleanly after compaction or a new session. |
What a resume brief looks like
Example output from resume-work the morning after a handoff:
Resuming "Usage-based billing" (handoff 2026-10-21, branch feat/usage-billing) Done: meter events + invoice preview (a1b2c3d). In progress: proration in src/billing/prorate.ts. Changed since: main gained 4 commits; one touches src/billing/plan.ts (conflict likely). 2 tests now fail. Ruled out before: computing proration client-side (rounding errors). Next: rebase on main, fix the plan.ts conflict, then finish prorate() for mid-cycle downgrades. Open question from last time: should credits expire? (unanswered) Start with the rebase?
